No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?
Delivery costs vary according to the weight or fragility of the items. Postage costs will be calculated in your shopping basket once you choose your delivery destination.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
For all UK orders, items will be sent by First Class Royal Mail. Please note, postal insurance is not included with this delivery method. For any special requirements, please contact me and I will see if I can quote you a different price for a different method of delivery.
I will always try to post your purchase as quickly as possible once payment has been received, but it will take anything up to 3 working days to post. Again, if you have any special requirements e.g. if you are needing an item for a last minute birthday gift, then please contact me. I will do what I can to accomodate your needs.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALY?
Yes, delivery is worldwide. As for the UK, the delivery cost will be calculated in your shopping basket. Please select "EVERYWHERE ELSE" option, regardless of country, if you are outside the UK.
HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE PACKAGED?
As much of my packaging as possible is recycled. It is the nature of everything that I do, to recycle and reuse so just because a cardboard box or bubble envelope has had something other than my products in it, does not mean I will throw it out. I will use shredded magazines to pad out boxes and other random things to reuse as much of everything I use as possible. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Legally you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of recieving your goods if they are unwanted. Just contact me to let me know you wish to return them within this period and I will advise you to post them back (return postage to be paid yourself) and when they arrive I will refund you ASAP minus the original postage cost.
If the item is faulty, I will cover the original and return postage costs. You may either exchange the item for the same item in perfect condition or have a refund. Please note that due to the unique and vintage nature of some of the items, an exchange might not be available simply due to the fact I will not have another.
